Printing technology

The common printing methods of environmentally friendly bags are as follows:

Screen printing

• Principle: Using the screen printing plate, through the extrusion of the scraper, the ink is transferred to the environmental protection bag through the mesh of the graphic part, forming the same graphic as the original manuscript.

• Features: Can print large area pattern, bright color, thick, three-dimensional sense, good hiding power, suitable for a variety of materials of environmental protection bags, such as non-woven fabric, cotton and so on. The plate making cost is low, suitable for small batch production, but the printing speed is slow.

Heat transfer printing

• Principle: First print the pattern on the heat transfer paper, and then transfer the pattern on the transfer paper to the environmental protection bag through high temperature and pressure.

• Features: Can present very realistic colors and delicate patterns, the effect is similar to photos, high color saturation, clear lines. Suitable for printing complex, colorful patterns and small batch, personalized orders, but the heat transfer paper and equipment cost is high, and not high temperature, washing fastness is relatively poor.

Watermark

• Principle: Water-based elastomer is used as the printing medium, the color paste and water-based elastomer are mixed, and the pattern is printed on the environmentally friendly bag through the printing equipment.

• Features: good coloring power, strong hiding, high fastness, washable, basically no odor, in line with environmental protection requirements, often used in textile material environmental bag printing, such as pure cotton, hemp environmental bags, etc., but the drying time is longer, after printing need to be fully dried.

Intaglio printing

• Principle: First print the picture on the film, and then use the film coating process to print the patterned film on the non-woven environmental protection bag materials.

• Features: high printing accuracy, beautiful patterns, bright colors, rich layers, good waterproof performance, strong durability, suitable for large-area color pattern printing, but the plate making cost is high, the equipment investment is large, and the film is difficult to degrade, not in line with the strict environmental protection concept.

Heat transfer printing

• Principle: The hot stamping machine is used to print the hot stamping film on the environmental protection bag to form a text or pattern.

• Features: Can achieve a sense of metal, leather, pearlescent and other special effects, so that the environmental protection bag more texture and grade, but the pattern color and style is relatively single, generally used as a local decoration or highlight the brand identity.

Digital printing

Rich color, digital printing is not limited by color, can show bright and bright colors, and good color fastness, through professional color separation and color management system, can achieve high-precision color restoration, make the pattern color realistic, to achieve photo-grade effect. High precision pattern, strong flexibility, can achieve a piece of printing, to meet the individual needs of different customers, such as personal customized environmental protection bags, small batches of promotional gift bags, etc.
