About Packing

Packing method

• Make the best possible use of space and place bags into packaging containers in an orderly manner. If it is the same style, the same size bag, can be stacked; If the size is different, put the large bag on the bottom layer and the small one on the top or in the gap to make full use of space and reduce transportation costs.

• For bags with external parts such as shoulder straps and handles, arrange these parts inside the bag or fix them on the surface of the bag with tape to prevent other items from being caught during transportation.

Tags and documents

• Each package should have a clear label on the outside, indicating the product name, quantity, size, weight, destination and other information. If the bag has a variety of attributes such as style, color, material, etc., it should also be marked in detail to facilitate the consignee and customs inspection.

• Prepare complete shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc. The information on these documents should be consistent with the content on the packaging label to ensure that the goods can be smoothly cleared.
